Gloria Suero

CEO & Founder

Gloria Suero leads Limitless Lending & Investments, a Houston mortgage brokerage known for personalized guidance and tailored solutions in residential, commercial, and investment financing. She began her career in 2015 at Bank of America, building a foundation in banking and financial services. In 2017, she joined PrimeWay Federal Credit Union to work with the Vice President of Lending in supporting small business owners. She was later promoted to Assistant Branch Manager, overseeing operations while supporting lending initiatives. In 2021 Gloria became a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, expanding her expertise into residential and investment lending. She is known for tailoring innovative financing solutions that help clients—from first-time homebuyers to experienced investors and builders. Her expertise spans in Conventional, FHA, VA, Jumbo, and Non-QM loans, with a focus on real estate investment and construction financing. Gloria distinguishes herself by translating intricate lending requirements into practical, customized strategies that help clients achieve their long-term financial objectives, even in complex situations. At Limitless Lending & Investments, her mission is simple: provide clear guidance, creative financing strategies, and a seamless lending experience—empowering every client to confidently build wealth through real estate and achieve lasting success.
